Designing with senior citizens in mind, I created a user-friendly interface for scheduling medical transportation. The screens prioritize accessibility, incorporating large, legible fonts and an intuitive layout to simplify navigation. To enhance usability, I streamlined the booking process, reducing cognitive load and ensuring clarity at every step.

Key features include real-time tracking, location suggestions, and easy payment selection, all tailored to address the needs of elderly users. Throughout the project, I employed user-centered design principles, gathering feedback from senior users to refine interactions and ensure the design meets their expectations.
