BigHoops is a social basketball experience that mixes arcade-style fun with real hoops, where baskets move, change size, and challenge players of all skill levels. As part of the product team, I redesigned the BigHoops controller to make the experience smoother and faster.

I combined a 32-inch scoreboard and a 10-inch tablet into a single device, cutting down setup time and making it easier for players to start games right away. The new design made the system feel more polished and gave users a faster, more intuitive way to jump into the action.
